Deterring Vagrants With Noisemakers Discriminates Against Youth

EasyPark, the parking company owned by the City of Vancouver, has proposed introducing nose making devices at City-owned parking garages to “deter vagrants.” The BCCLA wrote to caution the City on the human rights implications of these devices.
